Hi,

I think the next morning was probably one of the "hardest" of the whole tour. At 6:00 am it should go by boat with local guides. 5:00 am normaly stand up and breakfast. We stood up an hour earlier, 4:00 am.

Many animals are active at night - because they have to take advantage of the darkness. Around noon is due to the heat. Anyway nothing going on, even in the animals - so time to sleep.
So a few pictures before the official "trip":

So get into the car. And looking to the spotlight ...

... but there was something

... two eyes

a Tapirus terrestris

Ramphastos toco

... because one wonders soon, where the beak with the bird wants to go

Hi,

... unfortunately our boat excursion of the morning had not the desired result. During the midday heat is not much going on - so time for a lunch break on the grounds of the hotel in Porto Jofré.

Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus

Melanerpes candidus
