I mainly use prime but also sometimes stresscoat or aqua plus.

Seachem prime goes a long way for the price it is.

Seachem Prime, a little goes a long way.
Tetra Aquasafe, simply more available in my area. Have had issues with using too much of the stuff however whcih caused tank crashes. Use Prime when I remember to order it, Aquasafe if I'm in a bind and just need something.

I use the interpet fresh start but the one for pond fish ! as treats way more for your £/$ than the tropical bottle! i just use less of it

I will add i dont have delicate plecs. only Discus & bristlenoses. they also have Ro water.

I use aqua safe at the moment......(only because I got loads free) but I normally use .....lol.....Pond start and work out the correct dosage......this way it makes things a bit cheaper to run all my tanks. I actually use alot of pond medications and use minimal amounts to the correct dosage.

I dont recommend to anyone to use pond meds, even though I do it myself.

regards

I have tested loads of water conditioners over the last 6 months and Seachem prime is the only one that seems to deal with the ammonia that a lot of the others leave behind, plus as has been said it is great value for money

I use Waterlife's Haloex -it dechlorinates and neutralises chloramine (but most brands probably do both) and it lasts for ages :)
