I think somethings wrong with my pleco

As you can probably see the webbing on its fins has gone away i just got them today online
looks like they have had fin rot at some point or an other and they eyes one one of them dosnt look right a tad cloady could be the start of pop eye if it is that is rather hard to cure it can be done one of 2 ways i hope it isnt pop eye

your very welcome if it is pop eye then the eyes will bulge out and be cloady in worse case the eyes then arent there any more they can loose there eyes all together but yours arent at that stage as yet best course of action its a 50 % water change for 3 days in a row and cleaning the filter raise water temp to 28 degress keep tank light of for a week no food for 4 days and see how things go that will all so help with fin rot
