Complete noob here.

I have a few BN which I've had for maybe 6 weeks. Some Wabenmuster which I am smitten with and some plain brown ones which are growing on me.

My Wabenmuster male likes to sit under a piece of driftwood in the tank despite there being caves in there and today he kicked out a cluster of 10 or so eggs. Completely my fault., I didn't realise he was on eggs as all the caves are clear and was doing some tank maintenance.

I have them in a breeder box with an airstone. Anything else I can do for them?

Further examination and I now have another bunch of 30-40 eggs in the breeder box.

Nobody said that fishkeeping was this exciting!

Thanks for pointing out your article Elko. That was a useful read.

Fingers crossed now.

Your going to want to make sure you put the lid on your breeder box once your fry are free swimming, I went to bed one night with a breeder box full of L454 free swimmers and got up in morning and they where all gone, they were back in the tank
