Feeding pleco

Today we bought a veggie clip would spinich or cucumber best. Do I need to cook the spinich or cucmumber or freeze it?

Raw spinach is fine, mine like spinach leaves quite a lot. Most plecs like cucumber but i would try to avoid it too often as it isn't very nutritious. Zuchini/courgette is a little better:yes:

I guess you could make blanched spinach or other veg blocks and freeze them
