Which pump to buy?

Hey guys,
I'm looking to build a sump for my 6x2x2 tank(about 200 gallon) made from a 4x1x1 tank. I am looking at buying a return pump to pump water from the sump back to the tank but am not sure how to go about this..
I am going to buy one from thetechden but need to make sure the pump I buy will be large enough.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Imogen,
Have a look at the pump head height and how much flow you want into the tank. It's been discussed many times, but physically these will be two if the most important things. After that it will be physical size and if you want a wet or dry mounted pump. Finally budget will come into play, you will often pay more for lower wattage pumps. Sorry if that's a bit vague, I've just hit my 37th hour awake.
