My longfin bristlenose breeding tank is starting to get overtaken by these. They are less than the size of a matchhead and stick to the glass mostly. Any idea what I can do? I don't even know where they came from.

Drop your Ph down a couple of points they will die off by themselves, they can travel via plants and wood and can last periods of time outside water. Do keep an eye on your parameters while doing this as they decay they will change.
