Need parasite ID for watermelon pleco

Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it. I have tried treating with prazipro and metronidazole. Both treatments seems to help bring some appetite back but not rid the parasite.

hi fellow Nutmegger , I don't see a photo . If it is an internal parasite I have successfully used PARACIDE-X by National Fish Pharmaceuticals . I had to call the company , very knowledgeable about using with L's and how much to use ,but it was a long time ago and I can't recall. It is professional grade, so if you get it, I would highly suggest calling them before using it with L's .The person I talked to said it would kill most internal prarasites. Good luck , Georgine .
