would you cull a ....

hi everyone , wonder if anyone would cull a one-eyed bully fish (koi angelfish) if he is harassing all the other fish and one died of the stress, and another has a secondary illness due to the other angel bumping into him ?

My black angelfish had gotten the worst of it and now has cotton-like fungas (?) on his gills . I have been treating with 1 hr dips of Paraguard made by Seachem , noticed it was going away, skipped yesterday and now more cotton. It seems inhumane to kill the bully , but the store would never take him back cuz of one eye , and he is way to big for my 30g . thanks , Georgie

what would you guys do ? thanks, Georgie
