Exclamation Injured Fin?

I recently did a post about my common pleco not eating enough, and I just recently found that one of his fins has been kept extended while the others are normal (either tucked in or extended depending on activity.) Is there anything I can do to help repair the fin, or is it just not going to heal and remain like this?

Update: seems more like it may have become dislocated. Times like these I wish I had an aquatic vet nearby.

There's not much you can do; unlike parasitic infections limbs need to be given time to heal. Not like you can construct a cast for his pectoral fin.

Just ensure prime water quality and adequate food.
