:hi:
I noticed a while back that my L134 plecs have different colour eyes. One of the males has very bronze colour eyes, while the other male have very dark blue eyes. This is the same with the 2 females, one with bronze one with blue. I have heard it to be to do with their moods, but it is all the time. Any suggestions would be great :)

Hey , don't know the science but I do know from watching my pleco's the eye colour seems to vary the same with skin colour and that seems to follow their with mood . . .
Think that is confirming your own observations :)

I read on a few post on other sites about plecos that look similar but are actually a different (but related) breed due to eye color. I am no expert, I ran across it the other day in an article looking for a pleco I cant find :( not even the L# for it.

if i remember correctly there are different catch locations for the L134, this could explain the different eye colouration ???
