I bought a trio of long fin commons about 7-8 cm

I've had them for about 4 / 5 weeks, My fish keep spawning but these guys havent yet.

I noticed yesterday that the males shoulder has turned to albino colour.

Its a common but from the back of the head 1 or 2 cm down the back its lost all pigment or colour.

Do u guys know what this might be ?

Have you tested your water? Plecos turn "pale" under stress and surroundings, stress from water quality no matter how slight could be a cause or he could just be lightening up if on a pale substrate.

Looks a bit more that just touching on a heater. Keep the water clean with plenty of oxygen and Melafix or Myxazin added. Doesn't look to have any fungus on yet so thats a good thing. :)

Oh btw, to put up a photo link, right mouse click your photo, copy the properties link then paste it in between

Thanks

I do weekly water changes plus every low pressure system as well.
The tank is heavily planted

My other fish even the fry are thriving

My long fins are yet to spawn, my other fish spawn like troopers.

Not sure whether to remove him, recently converted my hospital tank to marine.
I'd rather get rid of it than infect the others

what are the other fish you are breeding in there? could he have been attacked and resulted in a skin infection?
looks like a skin infection and as it has been there a while i think i would do big water change add some treatment such as esha2000 which is good for a wide range of ills and wont hurt breeding fish.
