Food sticking to fish

Hi all,

I have recently started using a brand of food in which I have never used before that was referred to me from a friend.
I'm not sure if I should mention a brand name, but the pellets are furry after a few hours, and part of one 'stuck' to one of my zebs. This was attached for a couple of days.
I have never had anything of the sort happen before and was curious if anyone else has.

What type of food was it?

It was Wardleys shrimp pellets. They dont seem to be a hit with any of my fish. Not sure why,.... but i have stopped using them anyways.

True. Although in date, was thinking it was just a dodgy tin.

Must have been a bad batch or stale :/ Cos, everything loves shrimp pellets :/
