Hi guys, great to be here.
I've bred cichlids for a number of years and loved it, but got to a point where I needed something new and different.
By chance, a young colony of 5 L333's around 10cm came available so I snapped them up. Then everything sort of fell into place. :woohoo:

Now I have, 5 x L333's, 4 x L134's, 2 x L397 breeding pair, 9 x Peppermint bns, 6 x Albino L/F's and all at breeding sizes.
Oh, and a pair of Gold ocellatus with attitude.

I used to have 17 breeding tanks but now I'm running 11 tanks set up in a insulated shed out the back. Two of those tanks are hospital tanks should they ever be needed.

I'm retired now and without my fishy hobby, I'm sure I'd go crazy.

Thanks for reading :)
Pete

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, much appreciated.

Each specie has their own tank and pleco's are new to me so getting the right tank setup and caves for them all takes priority.
PH from my tap is 7.9 - 8 so will have to find a way of getting that down a bit, but all in good time.

All the info I'm after is here on PP, I just have to find it :)
I don't have a top class camera, but I'm sure I can get some pics to share.

Regards
Pete

Hey Brady, oh yes, how things change so quickly.
I'm very happy with what I have now. Might need some tips along the way though.
