it could either be a L128 blue phantom or an L200 green phantom however it is thought they may actually be regional variants of the same species

Thanks for your comments ! Is it possible to specify the genus with these photos ? If not, I could try to take a few images that allow for the necessary characteristics to show, so they can be run through a key.

the L200 Green Phantom is Hemiancistrus subviridis which after looking at the pic again what was making me unsure was the whitish blue spots but I'm thinking now that it is just some scrapes so definitely L200
