My albino bn has been very skinny lately and nothing I do seems to help with any weight gain. They get wafers, cucumber, bloodworm, and also lately some seafood filler and prawn. I see her eating all the time but she remains very gaunt with a sunken belly and thin in the face.
Is this some kind of parasite thing?

if not a worm issue, it also could be it has a blocked intestien in plecs it can happen easy when u feed blood worms, they have micro hooks on there outer body and get stuck in the fish's gut causing blockage, unfortunatly nature will take its course in these cases as there is no human cure.

In my opinion, if it's eating & not gaining weight it's an internal parasite. Internal blockage with eating would be more akin to bloating.

Makes sense. I'll give them a couple of peas anyway. Can't hurt. Wormer would hurt shrimp as well of it affects snails I assume so I'll need to remove her from my main tank to medicate.
