Nope. I've had a little Panaqolus maccus (L104) for about 8 years now with various plecs with no trouble. They'll fight with similar sized plecs, like any other would.

The clowns (are they Panaqolus or Peckoltia?) will probably be more concerned with each other. Combining them wouldn't concern me in the slightest, unless they were kept in a tiny aquarium.

Panaqolus maccus clown plec and they are in a 350 liter tank curently the royal is in a 120 liter tank untill here grows to a size whee he can defend himself

These Panaque nigrolineatus (L190) at Pier were only about 5cm/2", they were proper little midgets. But true, they're not usually this small.

If you have concerns about fighting at this size, then don't mix them, the tanks they're in are big enough for a while.
