Male looks stressed

Lost power twice in three days the first was a few hours and the second was for about an hour. I saw my Common B/N out side of the cave looking stressed is this normal or is it because of the blackouts? He is sitting on eggs. He still looks the same today with the power back on. Here is a pic taken this afternoon. Any help would be awesome

Turn the lights off and increase aeration for a while if you can. Gve hima it of quiet time.

check your water parameters. Sometimes crap gets pumped into the tanks when the power goes back on.
