Im thinking first two pics (same plec) is a Male.. and Last two pics (same plec) is a female?

yep your prob right.. nose stripes are really fine on first 2 pics and big stripes on the 2 right hand pics....

first one is a male... unsure on the one "female" 002 ???

great thankyou. I can add the 397 to my current colony, though now I have a 002...possibly female....MANNN now I have to start a new colony! Lol... Thats just too bad :-( :-D hahaha

Personally i would say you have a male and female. Also i wouldn't be fooled by the thickness of the nose stipes at to whether it's a L397 or L002. Not a particularly reliable method to differenciate the two.

how would you tell the difference other than the stripes?

Male and female L002 with the female being a little younger and not displaying much in the way of facial lines as yet. Some take years.
