Eheim repairs

Anyone know where I can get an eheim pro 3 repaired?

I can't get the hose locking device to turn off so I can't get it then to disconnect from the head. So, I have a totally useless pro 3!!

Normally the company have a repair service-is it still under it's manufacturers guarantee? Calk the number on your guarantee either way.
I have done this with a similar product.
If they don't do repairs which I doubt they won't they will have a list of repair centers.

I'm sure it's covered by the warranty but I'm darned if I can find the receipt!
