hi, so jk gave me the info on how to make one, so i got that info down, but need to know when to remove it and put in floating fry box ? I have dwarf rainbows and they are getting chummy , so i want to give them a place to lay their eggs safely. I have 1 male and 3 females. Aprox how many eggs should i notice before moving it, and should i hold a net under it when moving the mop--will the eggs fall out before i get the mop in the fry box ? sorry so many questins, just wanna do it right. thanks

Not sure how sticky their eggs are if they are very sticky i wouldnt worry about them falling out. i would imagine when they stop swimming into the mop to spawn that they have finished.

it is a matter of observing and also looking at the mop. The eggs are very visible. The only thing I would do, is make sure to then put the mop in a container and transfer with water to the fry tank, as you do not want air or cold to get to it, if that is clear. cheers jk
