I started a new thread just in case someone is having the same problem.
I have been sticking the sticks very deep in the raw zucchini so he has to dig through the veggie to get to the protein sticks he craves a bit too much for my liking . I know many of you have responded saying it was ok and none of your protein eaters have seen a veggie in years, however , with my luck , it would happen and I would never forgive myself ! So this works, and soon I will try other veggies using the same method.
