Ha, I'm the opposite and was thinking of getting a sev or maybe some medium pikes. I don't see a problem with keeping them together. Geos do like their own company and a fine substrate to sift through, other than that pretty undemanding.

Hi all,
Just the Apistogramma cacatuoides at the moment, although I've kept a number of the other small species. This is "Bob" (the kids named him) he is long gone but the was a great dad and a fish with real character. The female was the original female I bought, and you can just see a juvenile as well.

You won't regret sevs, they are so beautiful to watch and IME just as interactive as as oscars etc.. (but much less agro) Haven't tried pikes but they do look interesting.

I have a pair of Uaru.A with my altifrons they all get along and swim together.
Great to know, any pics?
