Hello,

I´ve kept aquaria, terraria, paludaria and plants for a long time. I moved to Colombia a couple of years ago and I´m thinking about setting up a tank again... Yes, I know ...
But before that I´m doing a little research. I´d like to understand Loricariid taxonomy a little better and would be gratefull for any articles or publications that help me understand what sets the genera apart. I´ve been looking at fish locally and photographing them, and the diversity of this family seems to have no limits.

Cheers,

Peter

Have a look at Dr Jonathan Armbruster's <"Loricariidae pages">.

The <"PlanetCatfish Cat-elog"> also has some details.
