Can someone give me a step by step what to do with shipping via aae? I know how to box but I had to ship fish recently and people just said turn up so I did and the lady wouldn't take them and said if I booked on and perihsbales they would just go in the freezer.. So can someone tell me exactly what to do for next time so I only have to pay $60 ish dollars as I had to then go through dog trainers and it was 85$, I want to do it regularly but want it simple
