Hi there
I just use these drivers http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/380474607990?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

They can run from 3 to 12 3W LED's

I have them set up on 3 different tanks running the cree 3W LED's.

At a rough guess you will prob need around 20 LED's for a 4ft tank since it doesn't sound like you want to make a planted tank as such but would be fine for anubis plants

You can use those LED's or something like that just to give you an idea.

I used these heat sinks to attach the LED's to http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/390341332451?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
I just used thermal stickers and got that from Jaycar.

Those other LED's you are looking at prob wont get the depth penetration on a 2ft deep tank

I would say way to much light. My 2ft tank is 20 inch deep and 3 watts are plenty. My 3ft is 2ft deep and again the 3watt LEDs are plenty bright enough for the plants more then that I think I would have a massive algae problem.
