I'm thinking my fish have ICH. Or at least 1-2 do. It's at the stage where you question it ... I was reading a thread about treating naturally (raising temp). My question is can I raise the temperature with these in the tank? Slowly to 30C right?

3 x platy
1 x dalmation lyretail molly
1 x gold mystery snail
1 x l201 hypancistrus contradens
live plants

The two I suspect are the molly - has a few spots on fins. As well as my pleco.

Or is there a safe medication to use?

plecs are more sensitive to medications, I am sure you can get away with half doses. The medication I used had instructions on the bottle. I didn't like using meds so I did get whitespot a second time and once the spots/parasite were free swimming I did numerous water changes and vacuumed the gravel for any laying about the bottom. I raised my temp to 28c and it did the trick.

Check your water parameters for anything in the water that may have made your fish sick then susceptible to whitespot. Are any of the fish new to your tank?
