I am just wondering, I have 2 batches of fry in my tank now, the first batch is about a month and a half old, and the new batch just came out of the cave last night. The parents are an albino Bristlenose (mama) and a common Bristlenose (daddy), how old, and how big should they be before I start rehoming and selling them? I would love to keep all my babies, but I'm up to roughly 40 plecos and it's just to many lol so what is a healthy age and size for transitioning to new homes and tanks? Thanks so much everyone!!!

for most loricariidae catfish 3cm is about the minimum size most people sell them at... there is no written rule to what is acceptable... but some people frown on the sale of fry at less than 3cm....

Thank you! I just wanted to know what a healthy size was, I didn't want to let them go to soon and them to die. So I will wait until they are atleast 3cm. Thanks so much again! :)
