ESHA 2000 dosage help please

Hi, I bought some of this just in case i might need any and heard it was very good. anyway today i can see a whiptail with a lot of skin missing off his side, guess it is fighting but could be fungal or anything, so thought I would add a low dose to help whatever the problem is. BUT when i opened the package the instructions were all in german so i have no idea what to dose.
does anyone have any english instructions?

Dosage eSHa 2000:1. day: 25 drops on 100 l water
2. day 12 drops on 100 l water
3. day 12 drops on 100 l water
20 ml are sufficient for 800 litres of water

In severe cases the dose is 1ml = 4 galls UK for 5 days then do a 50% water change...I have used this on all fish types with no casualties.
