I.D. help please.

Got this fish 2 to 3 years ago as L-015. It's 5" total length. Thank you for any help.
As this fish grew alot of it's stripes have turned to spots.

Unfortunately, no tooth shot. She's very shy and I had to pull her into a fish bowl to get these pics. She is also very peaceful. She even puts up with the Loaches in her tank who want all caves to themselves :D

I keep refering to this...she looked exactly like this at 1" when we got her from a reputable dealer at our Aquatic Society.

Hence the belief that she was a -015? Since she has grown, those stripes have broken and we have what you see above. Anyone know what might start out that way as a youngin' and become what you see above? I am pretty sure I have a pic or two of when we first got her. I will post if I can find them.

I've seen a plec that looks exactly the same identified in the past but for the life of me can't remember what it was
