Pier Aquatics 08/04/13

I took some videos as well, and will post them when they're done.

This tank with a Hypostomus luteus, Leporacanthicus sp. 'L240' & Corydoras adolfoi(?) was brilliant to watch. So much activity.

A bit late for April Fools

I stumbled across this just now :D

Who knew? There are 6 x L250 in the UK! (http://www.aquarist-classifieds.co.uk/php/detail51_318933.php)

They're only only about a week late.

Rare Aquatics 25/01/13

A popped into Rare Aquatics, luckily just when they were opening a new shipment.

Something probably a bit special, a blue eyed Panaque bathyphilus. The second has been adjusted to show the colour...

Did you get a pic of them? 3 for 50 is a smashing price, seems a little too good though.

I've been in a similar position before. I had travelled a long way to get them, and found them in very...

Panaque with excess fin

I've had my Panaque cf. armbrusteri 'Tocantins' for 4/5 years, and every once in a while it seems to go through a phase of growing extra fin on it's dorsal and caudal. It seems that a few of the soft...
